Search Terms
When a visitor types a name, county, state, or other search detail into a third-party search tool, that query is sent to the provider that operates the tool. Monroe County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms or log them as site records.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the message and reply details may be kept long enough to respond and manage the request. Those messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law, court order, or a similar legal process.

Kentucky open-records statutes such as KRS 61.870, KRS 61.872, KRS 61.874, and KRS 61.8746 may govern how public agencies handle certain record requests, but each outside site controls its own privacy practices after a visitor clicks away.
Advertising partners may use their own cookies or tracking tools to measure ads or show interest-based ads across websites. That tracking occurs on the partner's systems, not inside an official Monroe County, Barren County, or Kentucky corrections database.
